Final sale

All Estérel Resort monetary gift cards, physical gift cards and gift packages are final sale. Purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

If you made an error when placing your order, please contact us at info@esterel.com. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with no guarantee of cancellation or refund.

Incorrect email address

If an incorrect email address was entered when purchasing a digital gift card or gift package, please contact us at info@esterel.com so that we can assist you.

Lost or stolen gift cards

Estérel Resort is not responsible for gift cards that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If a physical gift card has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at info@esterel.com. Our team can follow up with Canada Post.
