Physical gift cards

Physical gift cards are shipped within Canada only via Canada Post Xpresspost.

A flat shipping fee of $17.25 applies per shipment, regardless of the number of physical gift cards included in the same order.

Please allow 5 to 8 business days for delivery.

If your physical gift card has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at info@esterel.com. Our team can follow up with Canada Post.

Estérel Resort is not responsible for gift cards that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Digital gift cards and gift packages

No shipping fees apply to digital gift cards or gift packages.

Following purchase, the gift certificate is sent by email to both the purchaser and the recipient indicated when placing the order, generally within five minutes of the transaction.

If you do not receive your gift certificate or an incorrect email address was entered, please contact us at info@esterel.com.
