Gift Card and Gift Package Terms of Use

Monetary gift cards

Estérel Resort monetary gift cards do not expire.

They can be used on site toward products and services at Estérel Resort as part of an overnight stay. They cannot be used as a security deposit or to pay for an online reservation.

Multiple gift cards may be used toward the same transaction. If a gift card is not used in full, the remaining balance will remain available on the card.

Gift cards become valid 72 hours after purchase.

Gift packages

Included services, validity periods, blackout dates and other applicable conditions vary depending on the gift package purchased. Conditions specific to each package are provided at the time of purchase.

During its validity period, the gift package provides the services specified at the time of purchase, subject to applicable conditions and availability. Reservations are required.

Once the package's validity period has ended, it retains a monetary value equal to the amount actually paid at the time of purchase, rather than the regular or promotional value of the services included in the package.

Taxes, gratuities and other inclusions are included only when expressly stated in the package description.

Gift packages become valid 72 hours after purchase.
